Yes! You can be stretched for an hour, by somebody else. I’ve learned this technique in Australia where I used to live for a few years. And I’m not kidding, but it can change your life.


It will help you to increase your range of motion, especially after an injury. I will stretch your whole body, all of your limbs within your limits. I work with a special technique really focused on your breath, to make your body relax & grounded. The 3 key words are relaxation, contract, breath. So yes, there’s a bit of work needed from your side. But after this hour you’ll feel like you had a massage and your body feels like new!
